In addition to Baron’s extensive experience driving increased performance, innovation, and inclusion with teams in his work both with and prior to Medici, Baron demonstrated exceptional aptitude in adopting Medici’s core innovative principles during his Medici coaching training. Specifically, Baron showed early proficiency grasping the fundamentals of our proprietary innovation methodology: Smallest Executable Step (SES). Since his training, Baron has proven effective in guiding teams to pursue low-risk, small scale, yet bold experiments. His approach is more directive than conventional coaching styles which is required in helping teams to abandon practices that hinder innovation in order to embrace the ones that do.
